Founder of AC Management & Strategist
Chicago-raised creative strategist Amber C. Branham is a creative director, worship leader, and consultant with over 20 years of experience serving the local church through worship, creative arts, production, and ministry leadership.

She holds a B.S. in Worship Arts from Oral Roberts University and an M.S. in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Throughout her ministry journey, Amber has served within worship and creative arts departments at Living Word Christian Center in Chicago, Transformation Church in Tulsa, and Impact Church in Phoenix. Her experience across large ministry environments in three major cities has shaped her approach to building teams, developing systems, cultivating healthy culture, and executing ministry with excellence.

Through AC Management, Amber combines her experience in ministry, business, and creative leadership to help churches, ministries, and organizations strengthen their teams, improve their systems, and move their vision from concept to execution.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to strengthening the local church and equipping the people who serve it.

OUR STORY
AC Management began in 2015 out of Amber Branham’s experience working behind the scenes on events, concerts, and productions for artists including Donald Lawrence, Todd Dulaney, Montrae Tisdale, Pop-Up Choir PHX, and others. Through those opportunities, she discovered a passion for taking creative ideas and building the strategy, structure, and team needed to bring them to life.

What started in artist and event production grew into a broader vision for serving churches, ministries, creatives, and organizations. Drawing from Amber’s experience in both ministry and business, AC Management helps clients navigate the details behind the vision through creative strategy, event production, project management, worship arts consulting, and organizational development.

Today, AC Management exists to help visionaries move from concept to execution while building stronger teams, healthier systems, and sustainable strategies along the way.
